Renovations done properly, explained clearly
We are FERTECH Proyectos y Mantenimientos, a renovation company based in the Barcelona metropolitan area.
7 years, over 100 projects and the same way of working
We have been carrying out renovations and maintenance in Barcelona and its metropolitan area for 7 years. In that time we have delivered more than 100 projects, from bathrooms and kitchens to entire homes.
We know a renovation raises questions: how much it will cost, how long it will take and who will answer if something changes. That's why we work with itemised quotes in around 48 hours, a written handover date and a single lead for every project. We don't work on a production line: we study each project carefully.
